用Sawyer电滞电桥测得了室温下LiTaO_3单晶的电滞回线,由此算得自发极化强度P_s=50±25μC/cm~2,矫顽场强E_o=1.8×10~4 V/cm。测量了用提拉法生长的LiTaO_3单晶的介电常数、介电损耗和热释电系数。测量结果表明,LiTaO_3单晶的介电损耗tanδ可以低达3×10~(-4),适用于制作热释电红外探测器。极化条件对热释电系数的影响很大,极化良好的晶体在室温下的热释电系数为2.2×10~(-8)C/cm~2·K。
The electric hysteresis loop of LiTaO_3 single crystal at room temperature was measured by Sawyer electric bridge, and the spontaneous polarization P_s = 50 ± 25μC / cm ~ 2 and coercive field E_o = 1.8 × 10 ~ 4V / cm . The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and pyroelectric coefficient of LiTaO_3 single crystal grown by Czochralski method were measured. The measurement results show that the dielectric loss tanδ of LiTaO_3 single crystal can be as low as 3 × 10 ~ (-4), which is suitable for making pyroelectric infrared detectors. The polarization conditions have a great influence on the pyroelectric coefficient, and the pyroelectric coefficient of the well-polarized crystals at room temperature is 2.2 × 10 -8 C / cm 2 K.
