西安市240例非职业接触的5种职业女性,总体血铅值范围为35.7~219μg/L,几何均值为75.4μg/L;总体血镉值范围为0.10~1.85μg/L,几何均值为0.61μg/L。与1983年、1987年监测结果比较,血铅值上升明显,血镉值无明显上升趋势。说明西安市居民环境中铅污染在逐年加剧。统计结果表明,5种职业人群血铅血镉含量的均数间无显著性差异,与总体均数间差异亦无统计学意义。说明任何一种职业人群都可以代表总体作为今后常规监测的对象。还指出,血镉的监测对象应注意其年龄分布。
The occupational blood lead values ranged from 35.7 to 219 μg / L in 240 non-occupational occupational women in Xi’an, with a geometric mean of 75.4 μg / L. The overall serum cadmium value ranged from 0.10 to 1.85 μg / L with a geometric mean of 0.61 μg / L. Compared with the results of monitoring in 1983 and 1987, the blood lead value increased obviously, but the blood cadmium value showed no obvious upward trend. This shows that the lead pollution in Xi’an residents environment is increasing year by year. The statistical results show that there is no significant difference between the mean levels of blood lead and cadmium in the five occupational groups, nor is there any significant difference from the overall mean. It shows that any kind of occupational group can represent the population as the object of routine monitoring in the future. Also pointed out that monitoring of blood cadmium should pay attention to its age distribution.
