一、重视对“突出训练强度”这一理念的正确认识在训练中,“突出训练强度”这一理念已被广大教练员所认可,但在实践教学中还存在着许多误区。例如:有的投掷教练员片面地认为,只有运动员承受的杠铃重量越大,专项投掷的距离越远,完成的动作速度越快,才是一种“突出训练强度”的表现。其实不然,“突出训练强度”中的“强度”并不是一成不变的,它是伴随训练负荷、训练节奏以及运动员身心承受负荷能力的变化而不断变化的。例如:一名投掷运动员在周一的大力量训练课
