为开发防治水稻稻飞虱和小麦蚜虫的药剂,采用共毒系数法确定吡蚜酮磺酸盐和呋虫胺的最佳配比,筛选助剂体系获得25%吡蚜酮磺酸盐·呋虫胺可分散油悬浮剂(OD)最优配方,并考察制剂对水稻稻飞虱及小麦蚜虫的田间药效。最优配方为:吡蚜酮磺酸盐12.5%、呋虫胺12.5%、农乳601#8%、T-809%、SP SC-3 5%、改性土4%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。田间药效试验显示,25%吡蚜酮磺酸盐·呋虫胺OD对稻飞虱及小麦蚜虫的速效性、防效均高于对照药剂。25%吡蚜酮磺酸盐·呋虫胺OD的各项性能指标符合可分散油悬浮剂的要求,对水稻稻飞虱及小麦蚜虫有较好的防效。
