用毛细管电泳法分离并测定了银黄冲剂中黄芩甙和绿原酸。以对硝基苯甲酸为内标,未涂层融硅毛细管(50 μm i.d.,370 μm o.d.,总长47 cm ,有效分离长度40 cm )为分离通道,25 m m ol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH 8.5)为电泳介质,17 kPa·s压力进样,25 kV恒压电泳, 310 nm 检测。黄芩甙和绿原酸线性范围分别为160~960 m g/L( r= 0.999 3,RSD = 1.76% ~2.33% )和80~960 m g/L(r= 0.998 9,RSD= 1.07% ~2.51% ) ,加入回收率:黄芩甙为(102.09±1.74)% ,绿原酸为(99.81±3.11)% 。
Separation and determination of Astragalus and Chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang Granules by capillary electrophoresis. With p-nitrobenzoic acid as the internal standard, uncoated silicon-silicone capillaries (50 μm i.d., 370 μm o.d., total length 47 cm, effective separation length 40 cm) were the separation channels, 25 m m ol/ L borax buffer (pH 8.5) was used as the electrophoretic medium, and the pressure was injected at 17 kPa·s. The electrophoresis was performed at 25 kV constant pressure and detected at 310 nm. The linear ranges of Astragalus membranaceus and chlorogenic acid were 160-960 m g/L (r = 0.999 3, RSD = 1.76% -2.33%) and 80-960 m g/L (r = 0. 998 9,RSD = 1.07% -2.51% ), adding recovery rate: (102.09±1.74)% for jaundice and (99.81±3.11)% for chlorogenic acid.
