Nitrocompounds, due to mass production and widespread use, have caused considerable environmental pollution. Such compounds not only have a toxic effect on the human body, but also have strong carcinogenicity. Therefore, these compounds have drawn wide attention from domestic and foreign scholars. Many studies have been conducted on the determination of nitroso compounds in various samples. However, few studies have been conducted on the determination of nitro compounds in biological samples. The main difficulty in this is the pre-treatment of the sample, and based on our experience in the determination of organic halides, we discuss the mixed acid digestion-gas chromatography for the determination of several major organic nitro compounds present in biological samples. The method has the advantages of high speed, less amount of sample, high sensitivity and the like. Nitrobenzene, o-nitrochlorobenzene, m-nitrochlorobenzene most
