肾结核２９０例临床分析山西医学院第一附属医院（０３０００１）贺天富，张泓，刘春肾结核为泌尿外科的常见病，常因不能早期作出诊断而延误治疗，造成严重的不良后果。现将已收治的２９０例肾结核报告如下。临床资料１．一般资料：２９０例肾结核占同期泌尿外科住院病人的１０．９８％。男１１７例，女１７３例，男：女为１：１．４７。年龄最小５岁，最大６５岁，其中２１～４０岁１８９例，占总数６５．１７％。职业农民１４３例，占总数４９．３１％。２．临床症状：２９０例患者中，表现为：尿频２４３例（８３．７９％），尿急２１０例（７２．４１％），尿痛２０４例（７０．４３％），血尿１２４例（４２．７５％），腰困痛７５例（２５．８６％），脓尿４１例（１４．１３％），附睾结核２２例（７．５８％），晚期并发症（尿瘘、尿毒症、膀胱挛缩）２１例（７．５％）。３．化验室检查：尿常规检查均不正常。做尿普通细菌培养者１６２例，其中无菌生长１３０例，有菌生长３２例。尿沉渣抗酸杆菌检查２２４例，其中阴性１７３例，阳性５１例。血沉检查２７５例，其中２０ｍｍ／小时以下者１１７例，２１ｍｍ／小时以上者１５８例，１００ｍｍ／小时以上者２５例。４．ｘ光检查：２３２例受检
