为了有效提高高速公路质量综合管理水平和控制效率,实现有效监管和闭合控制,针对项目质量控制的关键环节如原材料质量保证、混合料的拌和生产、施工配合比、料车路线及位置、路面现场摊铺、碾压等,研发了一套高速公路质量管理综合监控平台。平台整合了视频图像无线传输技术、车牌识别技术、全球定位系统、GPRS无线传输和自动实时监测技术。它具备收集、分析和比较原材料的生产、运输、摊铺、测试数据和重点项目现场状况数据的功能,并根据事先设定允许范围给予适时警告。建设单位、监理单位、施工单位根据各自不同的权限登录系统,查看所有关键部位监控点动态数据,及时有效推动了业主单位对项目的管理职能。所研究的质量综合监控管理模式,实现了先进的信息技术与传统的高速公路施工管理的有机结合,是高速公路智能化、信息化的创新。
