三、关于劳动条件标准现代劳动法不仅对劳动合同的订立、履行和解除加以规范,而且重视对劳动条件的规范。所谓劳动条件,是劳动者在从事劳动的过程中,应当享有的待遇和处境,包括工作时间、工资待遇、劳动安全卫生保障,等等。这些问题关系到劳动者的切身利益、劳动关系的稳定乃至社会的安定,因而在劳动立法中是不可或缺的。保障劳动条件的一般形式是,在劳动法中确定一个基本的劳动条件标准,要求用人单位确立的劳动条件不得低于这个标准,也就是说,
