《劳动法》将于明年1月1日开始实施。它标志着我国劳动法制建设取得了突破性进展,并从此跨进了一个新阶段,也是全国亿万劳动者企盼多年的一件喜事。那么,《劳动法》的颁布到底有着怎样的意义?如何通过法律保护劳动者的合法权益?为此,本刊记者采访了国家劳动部政策法规司司长陈刚同志。 记者:陈司长,《劳动法》明年初就要施行了,首先请您谈谈什么是劳动法,我国《劳动法》的特征,好吗?
The Labor Law will come into force on January 1 next year. It marks a breakthrough in the construction of China’s labor law and has since stepped into a new phase. It is also a happy event for hundreds of millions of workers in the country looking forward to for many years. So, what is the significance of promulgation of the “Labor Law” and how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers through laws?
