目的 研究人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV)在尖锐湿疣 (CA)中的表达 ,并探讨 HPV表达在 CA诊断中的价值。方法 1对 2 0 0例标本行甲醛固定、石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色。 2采用 SABC免疫组织化学法 ,一抗为兔抗 HPV抗体 ,检测 CA中 HPV的表达。结果 1HE染色 2 0 0例 CA中 ,具有典型 CA组织结构者 180例、具有不典型 CA组织结构者 2 0例。其中 1例伴有癌变。 2用 HPV抗体检测 2 0 0例 CA标本 ,阳性为 190例 ,占 95 %,其中女性 180例中阳性 174例 ,占 96 .6 %;男性 2 0例中阳性 16例 ,占 80 %。另外在典型组织学结构的 CA中 ,有2例 HPV阴性 ,其余 8例 HPV阴性均在不典型组织学结构中。结论 CA是由 HPV所引起 ,应依据 HPV免疫组织化学法或原位杂交法的阳性表达做出病理诊断。 CA要与假性湿疣、寻常疣、乳头状瘤相鉴别。 CA可能癌变。
Objective To study the expression of human papillomavirus (HPV) in condyloma acuminatum (CA) and to explore the value of HPV expression in the diagnosis of CA. Method 1 200 cases of formalin fixed formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin, section, HE staining. 2 using SABC immunohistochemistry, a rabbit anti-HPV antibody, detection of CA HPV expression. Results There were 180 cases of typical CA tissue structure in 20 cases of 1HE staining and 20 cases of atypical CA tissue structure in 1HE staining. One case with cancer. 2 There were 190 positive cases (95%) with HPV antibodies, of which 174 were positive in 180 cases (96.6%), and 16 were positive in 20 cases (80%). In addition, in the typical histological structure of CA, 2 cases of HPV-negative, and the remaining 8 cases of HPV-negative in atypical histological structure. Conclusions CA is caused by HPV and pathological diagnosis should be based on the positive expression of HPV immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization. CA with pseudo genital warts, verruca vulgaris, papilloma phase identification. CA may become cancerous.
