本文对数控机床电磁干扰进行研究,分析了电磁干扰的来源及耦合方式,结合日常检验工作,给出一些防电磁干扰措施,实际证明能够有效降低干扰,提高数控机床稳定性。
In this paper, the electromagnetic interference of CNC machine tool is studied. The sources and coupling modes of electromagnetic interference are analyzed. Combined with daily inspection work, some measures against electromagnetic interference are given. It is proved that this method can effectively reduce the interference and improve the stability of CNC machine tool.
