起重机械轨道是保证起重机械安全运行的重要条件。目前的轨道检测方法,精度较低,安全性差,无法满足各类工况的检测要求。为解决检测中出现的问题,本文提出一种起重机轨道检测方法,以准直激光束为基准直线,由机械小车配备光斑位置探测装置于轨道上行走并测量各检测点的偏差数值。本文介绍了检测原理、实施方式并分析了算法,对装置样机多次试验,数据对比,评估其测试精度,并得出了此检测装置具有较强实用性的结论。
Lifting the orbit is to ensure the safe operation of crane important conditions. The current orbit detection method, low accuracy, poor security, can not meet the detection requirements of various conditions. In order to solve the problems in testing, this paper presents a crane track detection method. The collimated laser beam is used as a reference straight line. The mechanical trolley is equipped with a spot position detection device to walk on the track and measure the deviation value of each detection point. This paper introduces the principle of detection, implementation and analysis of the algorithm, the device prototype multiple tests, data comparison, evaluation of the test accuracy, and concluded that the test device has strong practical conclusion.
