电子商务营销活动中的网络促销是利用计算机及网络技术,向虚拟市场传递有关商品和服务的信息,以引发消费者需求,唤起购买欲望和促成购买行为的各种活动。它与传统促销的区别在于没有空间限制,随时进行网络交流并有着双向沟通全方位的信息了解的优势。由于网店不如实体店有销售员的导购,网店更偏向于“拉”的方式,所以用促销作为打动消费者的利器,显得尤为重要。
