岩石中低含量银的测定,通常采用萃取光度法或萃取原子吸收法,皆需要完成繁杂的萃取操作步骤,实际应用中感到不便.近年来,萃取色谱法发展较快,呈现出一定的优越性.曾提出在高酸度及低硫氰酸盐溶液中用TBP选择萃取银,但条件试验不完善,更没有用于实际样品,为使萃取体系能适用于萃取色谱分离和富集低含量银,我们较系统他研究了TBP从硫氰酸盐溶液中萃取银、铜、铁、锌、铅、铝等离子的萃取行为及其萃取性质,在此基础上建立了萃取色谱富集银的条件,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法完成测定.此法操作简便,方法灵敏度
Determination of low-level silver in rock, usually using extraction spectrophotometry or extraction atomic absorption method, all need to complete the complicated extraction steps, practical inconvenience.In recent years, the rapid development of chromatography, showing some advantages .It has been proposed that TBP can be used to extract silver in high acidity and low thiocyanate solution, but the condition test is not perfect, moreover, it is not used in the actual sample. In order to make the extraction system suitable for the extraction and enrichment of low content of silver, We systematically studied the extraction behavior and extraction properties of TBP extracting silver, copper, iron, zinc, lead and aluminum ions from thiocyanate solution. Based on this, we established the conditions of enrichment of silver by extraction chromatography. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry to complete the determination of this method is simple, method sensitivity
