命名为ID的S+L-貂细胞是通过用磷酸钙沉淀法导入嗜亲性鼠白血病病毒受体基因而建立的。用嗜亲性鼠白血病病毒感染ID细胞引起的转化病灶与由嗜异性和双嗜性白血病病毒引起的转化病灶相似。这种ID细胞可用于滴定不能形成XC蚀斑的嗜亲性病毒,并可同时检测不同宿主范围的病毒。
S + L-marten cells designated ID were established by calcium phosphate precipitation into the murine murine leukemia virus receptor gene. The transformed lesions caused by the ID cells infected with the murine progenitive murine leukemia virus are similar to the transformed lesions caused by heterophile and leptin-like lentiviruses. Such ID cells can be used to titrate the psychrophilic viruses that do not form XC plaques and simultaneously detect viruses in different host ranges.
