国务院国资委日前启动国企职工薪酬调查,调查内容首次包括职工工资外收入情况。业内专家认为,此番摸底调查有助于国资委加强对国企薪酬的管控,有助于有的放矢地推动下一步国企收入分配改革。国资委《关于做好2013年国资委系统监管企业职工薪酬调查工作的通知》要求,于8月15日至10月31日开展2013年国资委系统监管企业职工薪酬调查工作,目的是“为进一步加强国有企业收入分配调控的基础工作,提高国资委系统监管企业收入分配调控工作的科学化、合理化和精准化水平”。新增的“工资外收入情况”一项包括职工福利性收入、补充养老保险费(企业年金)、补充医疗保险费、住房公积金、
