结合态腐殖质是指土壤中起复合作用的腐殖物质。它不包括游离态的有机物质。 土壤中的腐殖物质大多是与矿质部分相结合形成有机无机复合体。由于结合的方式和松紧程度不一,土壤的肥力特性也有差异。近年来,这种方法已广泛用于鉴别发生土类的性质,对于土壤的培肥研究也有重要参考价值。 一、方法的由来 土壤有机质按其组成的不同,可分两类:一类是非腐殖物质,包括可辨认的植物碎屑,以及多糖类、蛋白质,木质素等;另一类是腐殖物质,包括胡敏酸、富里酸和胡敏素。土壤腐殖物质按其存在状态的不同,又可分为游离态和结合态腐殖质。在一般土壤中,游离态腐殖质为数不多,结合态腐殖质则占主导地位。
