介绍了以防爆柴油机为动力的矿用无轨胶轮车电气系统的设计。电气系统包括整车控制系统、信号采集系统、显示系统。整车采用CAN总线的通讯方式对车辆进行控制,并实时监控车辆的运行状态,显示车辆的各项运行参数。当柴油机的运行参数超出标准要求时,电气系统自动停止柴油机的运转,并对故障进行记录,便于以后维修查询,该电气系统具有自动化程度高、性能安全可靠、显示画面友好简捷等优点。
The design of electrical system of mine trackless rubber tire powered by explosion-proof diesel engine is introduced. Electrical system includes vehicle control system, signal acquisition system, display system. Vehicle using CAN bus communication to control the vehicle, and real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s operating status, display the vehicle’s various operating parameters. When the operating parameters of the diesel engine exceed the standard requirements, the electrical system automatically stops the operation of the diesel engine and records the fault for later maintenance and retrieval. The electrical system has the advantages of high degree of automation, safe and reliable performance, friendly and simple display screen, and the like.
