目的分析槟榔果皮挥发油成分,为开发利用槟榔资源和质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取槟榔果皮中的挥发油,采用GC-MS法和NIST98谱图库鉴定化学成分。结果从槟榔果皮中鉴定出8种化合物,其含量占挥发油总含量的70.35%,其主要成分及相对含量分别为正十六烷酸(45.43%),十六烷酸乙酯(8.29%),辛酸(5.57%),(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛(4.43%),以酸类和酯类化合物为主。结论为槟榔果皮挥发油的进一步研究及开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze the volatile oil components of areca pericarp and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of areca nut resources and quality control. Methods Volatile oil was extracted from the pericarp of betel nut by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS and NIST98 spectral library. Results Eight compounds were identified from the pericarp of betel nut, accounting for 70.35% of the total volatile oil. The main components and their relative contents were as follows: n-hexadecanoic acid (45.43%), hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester Caprylic acid (5.57%), (E, E) -2,4-decadienal (4.43%), mainly acids and esters. The conclusion provides a scientific basis for the further research and exploitation of the volatile oil of areca peels.
