用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）检测了４５例肺科病人的支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中乙肝病毒（ＨＢＶ），同时对其中２４例作血清ＨＢＶ检测，发现ＢＡＬＦ中ＨＢＶ阳性率为２６．６７％（１２／４５）、血清ＨＢＶ阳性率为４１．６７％（１０／２４）；血清ＨＢＶ阳性者其ＢＡＬＦ方有可能检出ＨＢＶ、血清ＨＢＶ阴性者其ＢＡＬＦ不能检出ＨＢＶ，ＢＡＬＦ中ＨＢＶ脱氧核糖核酸（ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ）可以复制、有传染性。
A total of 45 cases of bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in patients with pulmonary disease were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and HBV was detected in 24 of them. The positive rate of HBV in BALF was 26. 67% (12/45). The positive rate of serum HBV was 41.67% (10/24). The serum of patients with positive HBV was likely to be detected in BALF. HBV in BALF was not detected in patients with negative serum HBV. Deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV-DNA) can replicate and be contagious.
