Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods 80 patients with duodenal ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with lansoprazole and 30 mg / Times a day / d, mixed with saline, the slow intravenous injection, the treatment period of 2 weeks, the control group with omeprazole treatment, 150 mg / time, 1 / d, mixed with saline, using slow intravenous injection , The treatment cycle is 2 weeks. After the end of the treatment period, the cure rate of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Measurement data with x ± s, said t test, count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results In the observation group, the disappearance rates of symptoms of abdominal distension, belching and loss of appetite were 93.75%, 92.50% and 86.21%, while those in the control group were only 74.29%, 75.00% and 63.33% The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). After treatment, the pain score of the observation group was (1.18 ± 0.32) points and that of the control group (3.48 ± 1.63) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lansoprazole treatment of duodenal ulcer, clinical symptoms were significantly reduced, the cure rate was higher, no significant adverse reactions after treatment, the effect was significant.
