目的探讨品管圈活动在提高抢救成功率上报方面的效果。方法成立携手圈,对活动前抢救成功率的上报情况及抢救成功率偏低的原因进行调查、分析,制定并落实整改措施。比较品管圈活动前后上报的抢救成功率情况,对实施措施的有效性及圈能力进行分析评价。结果开展品管圈活动后,改变抢救成功率上报虚低的情况,上报的抢救成功率由2014年85%提高到2015年6月的95.26%,之后基本稳定在95%左右,反映了某院的实际抢救水平。结论品管圈活动有利于及时解决问题,在显著提高抢救成功率上报的同时,也提高了圈员的团队精神和运用质量管理工具的能力。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the reporting rate of rescue success rate. Method set up hand in hand circle, the success rate of rescue activities reported before the event and the reasons for the low success rate to investigate, analyze, formulate and implement corrective measures. Compare the success rate of salvage reported before and after QC activities, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation measures and circle capacity. Results After conducting QC activities, the success rate of rescue was reported to be low. The success rate of rescuing was reported from 85% in 2014 to 95.26% in June 2015, and then stabilized at about 95%. This reflects that a hospital The actual rescue level. Conclusions Quality control activities are conducive to timely resolution of the problem, significantly improve the success rate of rescue reported at the same time, also improve the circle of team spirit and the ability to use quality management tools.
