[目的]探讨脑恶性肿瘤缺失基因1(DMBT1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测73例乳腺癌组织及距其癌组织边缘2cm以上镜下未见癌浸润的正常组织中DMBT1蛋白的表达情况。[结果]免疫组织化学结果表明,DMBT1蛋白在乳腺癌组织及正常乳腺组织中的表达阳性率分别为35.6%、70.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DMBT1蛋白表达与T分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。KaplanMeier生存分析提示,DMBT1表达阳性的乳腺癌患者5年总生存率明显高于表达阴性者,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]乳腺癌组织中DMBT1蛋白表达降低,且与乳腺癌T分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及患者预后有关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of DMBT1 in breast cancer. [Method] Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of DMBT1 protein in 73 cases of breast cancer tissues and normal tissues without cancer infiltration more than 2 cm away from the edge of their cancer tissues. [Results] Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive expression rates of DMBT1 protein in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues were 35.6% and 70.9%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). DMBT1 protein expression and T stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05). KaplanMeier survival analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival rate of patients with DMBT1-positive breast cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with negative expression of DMBT1 (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of DMBT1 protein in breast cancer is decreased, which is related to the T stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and prognosis of breast cancer.
