当前时期,我过的建筑行业正面临者巨大的机遇与挑战。一方面伴随着我国经济的高速发展,对建筑工程的需求日益旺盛,建筑行业迎来充满机遇的发展黄金期;另一方面,由于长期以来落后的管理方式导致建筑工程往往存在资源浪费等问题,建筑行业之间来自市场竞争的挑战也渐渐加剧。因此,如何提高建筑企业的竞争力,增强建筑企业的利润成为精英企业共同的目标。而建筑工程经济成本管理作为节约建筑项目经济成本最有效途径,越来越受到各建筑企业的关注。本文通过对建筑工程经济成本管理的主要原则的简要介绍,参考建筑工程项目的实际管理经验,对建筑工程经济成本管理的方式方法进行了探讨。
In the current period, the construction industry I have experienced is facing enormous opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, along with the rapid economic development of our country, the demand for construction projects is growing day by day. The construction industry ushers in a golden period of development full of opportunities. On the other hand, due to the long-term and backward management methods, construction projects often suffer from waste of resources, The challenge of competition from the market in the construction industry is also getting stronger. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises and enhance the profits of construction enterprises have become the common goal of elite enterprises. As the most effective way to economize the economic cost of construction projects, economic cost management of construction projects has drawn more and more attention from all construction companies. In this paper, through the introduction of the main principles of economic cost management of construction engineering, referring to the actual management experience of construction project, the ways and means of economic cost management of construction project are discussed.
