本文着重对高频线电极电蝕加工机床,如何能提高生产率,作了较詳细的試驗研究,探討了在线电极消除負半波的利弊問題。詳细介紹了在线电极电蝕机床士,釆用双机差动調整器的結构方案和参数选擇原則。尤其对减速比的选擇推导了計算公式。最后对线电极高频电脉冲加工机床的工艺参数:頻率、脉冲延持时間、間隙物理状态、零件厚度等进行了系統的試驗研究和理論分析。
This paper focuses on the high-frequency wire electrode erosion machining machine, how to improve productivity, made a more detailed experimental study of the advantages and disadvantages of eliminating the negative half-wave on-line electrode.
