为克服外资企业在华面临的跨文化管理的危机,不少企业采取跨文化培训的方法。然而,现有的跨文化培训周期较长,人力、财力投入巨大,培训人数不稳定,人员变动大,且在华时间不固定,严重扰乱了跨文化培训有序开展。本文通过统计学中皮尔逊相关度评价,证明情商和跨文化焦虑存在明显的负相关,因此,情商值可以作为外企派遣人员决策的重要参考依据,从而减轻跨文化培训的负担。
In order to overcome the crisis of cross-cultural management faced by foreign-funded enterprises in China, many enterprises adopt cross-cultural training methods. However, due to the long cross-cultural training period, huge human and financial investments, unstable training staff, large staff changes, and uneven time in China, the cross-cultural training has been disrupted in an orderly manner. In this paper, Pearson’s correlation evaluation in statistics proves that there is a significant negative correlation between emotional quotient and cross-cultural anxiety. Therefore, the quotient of emotional intelligence can be used as an important reference for the decision-making of foreign-owned enterprises to reduce the burden of cross-cultural training.
