硝唑咪对小鼠、大鼠及狗的精子发生过程均有明显的抑制作用。硝唑咪用于人体驱虫治疗时,曾观察到能使精子数减少,但由于对中枢神经系统及心脏等也有一定的毒性,因而不能作为避孕药物用于临床。某些硝唑咪类型的衍生物,对雄激素有抑制作用,也有其不足之处。从硝唑咪类似物中寻找毒副作用低的男性抗生育药的工作,始终受到注意。硝唑异丁咪(S_(730147))[1-(5-硝基-2-噻唑)-3-二异丁氨基甲基-味唑酮-2]如结构式(Ⅰ),是硝唑咪的衍生物,它的毒性明显低于硝唑咪。因此,我们对它的抗生育作用进行了研究。
Nitazoxan significantly inhibited the spermatogenesis of mice, rats and dogs. Nitazoxanide used in human de-worming treatment, has been observed to reduce the number of sperm, but because of the central nervous system and heart also have some toxicity, and therefore can not be used as a contraceptive drug in the clinic. Some nitrazepam types of derivatives, androgen inhibition, but also its shortcomings. The search for male anti-fertility drugs with low toxic side effects from nitazoxanide analogues has drawn attention. Imidazolium (S_ (730147)) [1- (5-Nitro-2-thiazolyl) -3-diisobutylaminomethyl-Slosolone-2] Derivatives, its toxicity was significantly lower than nitazoxanide. Therefore, we studied its anti-fertility effects.
