有了专业知识,只能说具备了做教师的前提条件,却未必能当好教师。一个好的教师,往往是诸种因素的综合体现。有人说:“教育是科学,又是哲学;教育是技术,又是艺术;不,教育是四者的结合。”这句话说得真好。但在教育实践中,许多教师往往只重视丰富自己的学科知识,而忽视其它诸多方面的培养,特别是容易忽视课堂教态对教学效果的影响。
With professional knowledge, it can only be said that having the preconditions for being a teacher is not necessarily a good teacher. A good teacher is often a comprehensive reflection of various factors. Some people say: “Education is science and philosophy; education is technology and art; no, education is a combination of the four.” This sentence is really good. However, in the practice of education, many teachers only pay attention to enriching their own subject knowledge, but neglect the cultivation of many other aspects, especially the influence of classroom teaching on teaching effectiveness.
