随着人类文明的不断进步,社会的不断发展,人们对教育提出新的要求。新一轮课改不但是众多教育工作者在多年经验积累的基础上,对教育本质的进一步深刻认识的显现,也是为了进一步促进社会发展,教育应给予必须的支持。从数学教改教材的变化出发,阐述了作者对课改精神的理解和认识,并以作者在教学经历中感受到的教学组织形式的变化,提出了课改精神对教学组织形式提出的要求,以期与同仁们共勉、共议,为教学实践提供启发和经验。
With the continuous progress of human civilization and the constant development of society, people have set new demands on education. The new round of curricular reform is not only the emergence of many educators on the basis of years of accumulated experience, but also the further recognition of the nature of education as well as the necessary support for further promoting social development and education. Based on the change of teaching material for mathematics teaching reform, the author expounds the author’s understanding and understanding of the spirit of curriculum reform, and puts forward the requirements of teaching organization form that the spirit of curriculum reform puts forward in the light of the change of teaching organization form that the author feels in teaching experience.
