富液池是堆浸法提金工艺中的主要设备之一,其结构强度直接关系到生产能否安全顺利地进行。针对生产实际中富液池的结构,采用工程中近似算法分析结构支撑钢管的强度和变形,利用有限元法进行数值模拟,得到结构中各构件的应力和位移分布情况。通过对比分析,发现前者的计算结果有一定偏差,并指出其原因来自于模型的简化过程。为此,采用折减系数方法对前者进行改进。最后,采用基于参数化有限元分析的优化设计技术,对结构中铜梁的截面进行设计,选出更加经济、高效的槽钢型号。
Rich liquid pool is heap leaching gold extraction process, one of the major equipment, the strength of the structure is directly related to the production can be safely and smoothly carried out. In view of the structure of production fluid pool, the strength and deformation of the structural steel pipe are analyzed by the approximate algorithm in engineering. The finite element method is used to simulate the stress and displacement distribution of each component in the structure. Through the comparative analysis, it is found that the former has a certain deviation in the calculation results, and points out that the reason comes from the simplification of the model. To this end, the reduction factor method to improve the former. Finally, the optimal design technique based on parametric finite element analysis is used to design the cross-section of the copper beam in the structure and to select a more economical and efficient channel model.
