近年来,国内外在研究应用溴化钾(KBr)等药剂来处理植物种子,以刺激其发芽和生长方面,做了很多工作,并取得不少成绩。M.波波夫认为KBr处理种子可刺激植物生长。莫家让用0.1%、0.3%、0.5%KBr溶液处理水稻种子,证明智能促进发芽及生长。赵同芳等研究证明用0.3%KBr溶液处理水稻种子24小时,能促使呼吸强度增加。王兴理的研究也认为KBr溶液对黄瓜的呼吸有影响。但目前对树木种子处理方面的报导尚少见。笔者从1957年起,曾陆续用KBr溶液处理几种针叶树的种子,以探讨其对发芽及呼吸作用的影响。现将初步试验结果整理报导如下,以供参考。
In recent years, at home and abroad in the research and application of potassium bromide (KBr) and other agents to deal with plant seeds to stimulate their germination and growth, has done a lot of work, and made many achievements. M. Popov suggested that KBr-treated seeds stimulate plant growth. Mo house rice seeds treated with 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% KBr solution proved to promote germination and growth of intelligence. Zhao Tongfang and other studies have shown that treatment of rice seeds with 0.3% KBr solution 24 hours, can promote increased respiratory intensity. Wang Xingli’s research also believes that KBr solution has an effect on the respiration of cucumber. However, the current reports on tree seed treatment are still rare. Since 1957, the author has successively treated several coniferous seeds with KBr solution to explore their effects on germination and respiration. Now the preliminary test results are summarized below, for reference.
