淋巴瘤可产生神经系统并发症,各家报告不一,约在25％左右,对脊髓的侵犯要比颅内损害多2～3倍。我院1974年1月～1976年12月住院病人中确诊为淋巴瘤者30例,其中合并截瘫者3例,兹将病史摘要报告如下。
Lymphomas can produce neurological complications that vary from about 25% to about 25% more than to intracranial lesions. From January 1974 to December 1976 in our hospital, 30 patients were diagnosed with lymphoma, including 3 cases with complications. We hereby summarize the medical history as follows.
