发热病人伴发输液反应的鉴别

发热反应是输液反应中最常见的临床表现。对体温正常的患者在输液中出现的发热反应容易判断,但对发热病人尤其是高热病人输液中伴发的发热反应则难以鉴别,对此若不能及时地作出正确诊断,临床上很容易贻误治疗时机甚至引起生命危险。因此,及时正确地对发热病人伴发输液反应进行判断显得尤为重要,根据我们二十余年的临床体会,从下列几个方面可进行鉴别。1、输液反应常因输入致热物质(包括致热原,死菌、游离菌体蛋白、其它蛋白质和 Fever is the most common clinical manifestation of infusion reactions.
