合同管理不仅是工程全面管理中非常重要的一部分,更是成本管理的具体体现,如今和项目的施工进度管理、工程质量管理以及安全管理等有着同等重要的管理地位。项目建设中全过程的合同管理工作是成本管理的重中之重,也是控制质量好坏、进度快慢和成本支出的保证,是工程项目经济利润的源泉。本文阐述了工程项目管理合同的概念,并从业主合同管理和劳务(专业)协作队伍合同管理两个方面介绍了它的重点内容和方法。
Contract management is not only a very important part of overall project management, but also a concrete manifestation of cost management. Nowadays, contract management plays an equally important role in management of project progress, project quality management and safety management. The contract management of the whole process of project construction is the most important part of cost management and also the guarantee of controlling quality, progress and cost, which is the source of economic profit of the project. This article expounds the concept of project management contract and introduces its key contents and methods from two aspects of the contract management of the employer and contract management of labor (professional) team.
