斯氏属Steinernema与异小杆属Heterorhabditis昆虫病原线虫是国际上新型的生物杀虫剂,分别与肠杆菌科Enterobacteriaceae的致病杆菌属Xenorhabdus和发光杆菌属Photorhabdus细菌互惠共生。这类线虫之所以对昆虫寄主具毒杀能力,定殖其体内的共生细菌发挥了关键性作用。共生细菌定殖于昆虫病原线虫感染期幼虫(infective juveniles,IJs)的肠道是线虫-细菌共生关系中的一个关键时期。通过特异性定殖,细菌由IJs携带进入新的昆虫寄主。本文从定殖过程、定殖位点、定殖相关基因及调控因子、以及定殖研究方法概述昆虫病原线虫和共生细菌定殖关系的研究进展。
Steinernema and Heterorhabditis are two novel biopesticides in the world. They interact with the pathogenic bacteria Xenorhabdus and Photorhabdus of Enterobacteriaceae, respectively. The reason why such nematodes poison insects hosting capacity, colonization of its symbiotic bacteria play a key role. Symbiotic Bacteria Colonize in the Intestines of Infectious Juveniles (IJs) During the nematode-bacterial symbiosis, the intestine is a critical period. By specific colonization, bacteria are carried by IJs into new insect hosts. This review summarizes the research progress on colonization of entomopathogenic nematodes and symbionts from the processes of colonization, colonization, colonization-related genes and regulatory factors, and colonization research methods.
