1 事故发生经过一台东风EQ1141平头货车,装配康明斯6BT5.9型柴油机,喷油泵为VE型高压分配泵。该车由于发动机气门头断裂到某汽车修理厂进行修理。在发动机修竣冷磨4小时后,由低速(300r/min)升到900r/min左右时,突然听到喷油泵一侧发出“嘎巴”一声,同时看到喷油泵泵头(分配阀总成)处冒出一股白蓝色烟。拆检后发现,喷油泵的柱塞与套筒相互抱死并被扭断,损失较为严重(买一只新泵约需1200元)。2 事故原因及责任认定该类事故十分少见。车主和修理厂的维修工(有14年工龄)也都是第一次见到,当时谁也搞不清楚是何缘故导致喷油
