密闭的电子元件、零件等内部的非破坏性检查,一般采用X射线TV装置,然而,具有复杂的内部结构及多层结构的零件中的检测则较为困难。同时,因利用断层图像进行检查,需要专用的昂贵的CT装置。因此,日本石川县工业试验场开发了小型零件用CT检查装置。它在X射线TV中增加了个人计算机、图像输入装置及回转控制装置,用软件处理X射线透视图像,再构成CT图像。该装置可用透视图像表示指定部位的断层图像,还能够用透视图像、断层图像两种图像进行检查。目前,
