高校学生的专业课学习阶段,同一班级的学生职业规划不同,集体活动减少,班级向心力降低,对专业课的重视程度产生差异,严重影响知识的获取和教师授课效果。采用企业化仿真教学,学生通过角色扮演、团队合作,有助于提高学习的积极性,使各教学环节顺利开展,有利于获取和运用所学知识。通过企业化仿真教学,学生提前感受企业岗位,对自己的职业进行更好规划。
During the study period of specialized courses in college students, the occupational planning of students in the same class is different, the collective activities are reduced, the class centripetal force is reduced, the degree of emphasis on specialized courses is different, which seriously affects the acquisition of knowledge and the effect of teacher instruction. The use of enterprise simulation teaching, students through role play, teamwork, help to improve the learning enthusiasm, so that all aspects of teaching smoothly, is conducive to access and use of knowledge. Through the teaching of enterprise simulation, students feel in advance job positions, to better plan their own careers.
