本文通过分析FPJ20型粉喷桩机钻架结构、载荷特征,将钻架的强度和稳定性计算简化为受偏心载荷作用的细长压杆稳定性计算,并用美国 SDRC公司的机械 CAD软件 I-DEAS对钻架结构进行了有限元分析。该方法对可简化为细长压杆的同类结构分析有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the structure and load characteristics of the FPJ20 dry jet pile driver drilling rig, and simplifies the calculation of the strength and stability of the derrick to the stability of the slender pressure rod subjected to eccentric loads. The mechanical CAD software I-SDRC is used. DEAS conducted a finite element analysis of the rig structure. This method has certain guiding significance for the analysis of similar structures that can be simplified as slender compression rods.
