本文提出了超声破穿冰块的新方法。对冰块样品的实验表明,利用5W/cm2声强的超声可以达到300mm/min的破穿速度。作者介绍了这种实验方法,并认为:喷射声空化场的空化集中效应是超声破穿冰块的作用机制。最后,预测了这种超声破穿方法在冰处理工程上的应用。
In this paper, a new method of ultrasound to break ice is proposed. Experiments on ice samples show that the breaking speed of 300mm / min can be achieved by using 5W / cm2 sound intensity ultrasound. The author introduces this experimental method and argues that the concentration effect of cavitation in a jet acoustic cavitation field is the mechanism by which ultrasonic waves penetrate ice cubes. Finally, the application of this ultrasonic breakage method in ice treatment engineering is predicted.
