伴随着我国经济水平的增强,工业技术水平也在不断提高。PLC的出现为工业生产提供了更好的控制系统。为了使工业环境不受外界因素干扰,相关企业不断组织研究PLC系统,力求保障系统的可靠性和稳定性。文章主要阐述了PLC控制系统在可靠性方面的研究,笔者了解了可以影响PLC的具体因素,并根据对专业资料的查询和了解,找出控制干扰的具体措施。期望通过对该控制系统的细致研究,可以找出保障控制系统稳定的具体方法。
With the enhancement of China’s economic level, the level of industrial technology is also constantly improving. The advent of PLC has provided a better control system for industrial production. In order to make the industrial environment from external interference, related companies continue to organize research PLC system, and strive to ensure system reliability and stability. This article mainly elaborates the PLC control system in the reliability aspect research, the author understands the concrete factor that can affect PLC, and according to the inquiry and the understanding to the specialized material, finds out the concrete measure which controls the disturbance. Expected through the careful study of the control system, we can find out the specific methods to ensure the stability of the control system.
