介绍6×36SW+IWR-42.5 mm卸船机用钢丝绳的研制过程,包括制绳钢丝用原料的选择,钢丝热处理和拉拔工艺参数、钢丝绳结构和钢丝绳捻制工艺参数的确定。结果表明,总压缩率为80%~85%,平均部分压缩率为15%~20%,可得到制绳用钢丝良好的力学性能。采用股淋油润滑新工艺能有效提高钢丝绳耐疲劳性能,并显著提高股间钢丝的润滑效果,生产的卸船机用42.5 mm钢丝绳平均装卸量达到58万t。
This paper introduces the development process of 6 × 36SW + IWR-42.5 mm unloader ropes, including the selection of the raw material for the ropes, the heat treatment and drawing of the ropes, the determination of the ropes’ structure and the parameters of the ropes twisting. The results showed that the total compressibility was 80% ~ 85% and the average partial compressibility was 15% ~ 20%. The good mechanical properties of steel wire for rope making were obtained. The new method of lubricating the stratified oil can effectively improve the fatigue resistance of the steel wire rope and significantly improve the lubricating effect of the steel wire between the strands. The average loading and unloading capacity of the 42.5 mm steel wire rope for the unloader produced is 580,000 tons.
