本文主要研究了在含有 Ti 离子的氯化物熔盐中氟离子对钛阳极的平衡电极电位及极化曲线的影响.实验分别测定了在低价钛浓度为1.3%、2.54%,3.93%的熔盐中加入 F:Ti=1.5:1的 NaF时,钛阳极的平衡电极电位及极化曲线。实验结果表明:加氟离子于含钛离子的氯化物熔盐中,可降低钛的电极电位值,提高阳极电流密度。在含1.3%低价钛的熔盐中加入 NaF 时,阳极电流密度增加2.3A/cm~2,从而为废钛熔盐电解精炼制取优制钛粉,选择合适的电流密度,提供了必要的依据.
In this paper, the effects of fluoride ions on the equilibrium electrode potentials and polarization curves of titanium anodes in molten salt of molten salt containing Ti ion were investigated.
