通过对1例食管癌术后并发急性肝衰竭、吻合口瘘、急性呼吸衰竭患者的治疗分析,提高胸外科医师对肝脏功能在胸外科手术围手术期的认识,减少术后相关并发症。 Through the analysis of one case of postoperative esophageal cancer complicated with acute liver failure, anastomotic leakage and acute respiratory failure, thoracic surgeons’ understanding of liver function in perioperative period of thoracic surgery was improved and postoperative complications were reduced.
