为探究不同耕作方式对商洛桔梗品质差异的影响,通过抽样调查的方法,选取野生、间作和纯种3种耕作方式下的商洛桔梗,进一步采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)或比色法检测其桔梗皂苷D、桔梗多糖及总黄酮的含量。结果表明:商洛野生桔梗中桔梗皂苷D、桔梗多糖及总黄酮含量最高,与安徽亳州产野生桔梗不相上下;其次是间作型桔梗,最后是纯种桔梗。其中间作和纯种桔梗有效成分含量略低于安徽亳州产野生桔梗。由此可见,耕作方式对桔梗有效成分含量有明显的影响,可以说明立体农业系统中商洛桔梗品质优于纯种桔梗。
In order to explore the effect of different tillage methods on the quality differences of Shangluo platycodon, the commercial records of Shangluo platycodon in wild, intercropped and purebred cultivars were selected by sampling method and further detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) or colorimetric method Platycodin S, Campanulaceae polysaccharide and total flavonoids content. The results showed that the content of platycodin D, platycodon polysaccharide and total flavonoids in the wild platycladus of Shangluo was the highest, comparable with wild platycodon grandiflorum in Bozhou of Anhui Province, followed by the intercropping platycodon, followed by the purebred Platycodon. The middle and the purebred effective content of Campanulaceae slightly lower than the wild Bozhou, Anhui Campanulaceae. Thus, tillage practices have a significant impact on the active ingredient content of Campanulaceae, which shows that the quality of Shangluo Campanulaceae is better than the pure-type Campanulaceae in the three-dimensional agricultural system.
