陆九渊心学是中国传统社会中的重要思想,增能理论是现代社会工作界的重要理论。经过比较可以发现,这二者在思想基础、理论创新特点和核心观念三个方面具有相似性。 这些相似性说明社会工作增能理论的本土应用具有可以凭借的本土思想资源,也为社会工作理论与实务的本土探索提供了启示。
