班组管理建设是一项艰苦的具有挑战性的工作,也是一项长期的工作,班组管理建设的目的是使班组始终保持很强的工作能力和快速的应变能力。对于水电企业来说,班组是企业的最基本单位,是关乎企业能否高效运行的关键,因此也是在开展水电企业的管理建设时考虑的最重要的一部分。本文探讨了水电企业搞好班组管理建设的意义并提出了具体的建议,主要从班组组长的要求、班组团队的建设、企业文化的建设以及安全方面的管理来具体展开说明的,有利于提高水电企业的职工的素质与责任感,促进企业的良性发展,具有一定的指导意义。
