目的 探讨中药小柴胡汤对病毒性心肌炎的心肌酶学和细胞病变的影响及对病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。 方法 体外培养新生大鼠心肌细胞 ,并感染柯萨奇病毒 B3(Coxsackievirus B3,CVB3) ,以此作为体外病毒性心肌炎模型 ,观测心肌细胞感染 CVB32 4、48、72、96 h后乳酸脱氢酶(L DH )、β-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBDH )和细胞病变 ,并与小柴胡汤治疗组相比较。 结果 小柴胡汤对CVB3感染心肌细胞 2 4、48、72、96 h的心肌酶升高和细胞病变有显著的抑制作用。 结论 小柴胡汤具有抗柯萨奇病毒感染和保护心肌细胞作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaocaihu Decoction on myocardium enzymology and cytopathy of viral myocarditis and its therapeutic effect on viral myocarditis. Methods Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were cultured in vitro and infected with Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) as an in vitro model of viral myocarditis. Lactic acid dehydrogenase was observed at 4, 48, 72, and 96 h after cardiomyocyte infection with CVB32. (L DH ), β-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH) and cytopathic effects, and compared with Xiaochaihu Decoction treatment group. Results Xiao Chai Hu Decoction had a significant inhibitory effect on CVB3-infected cardiomyocytes at 24, 48, 72, and 96 h after myocardial ischemia. Conclusion Xiaochaihu Decoction has anti-Coxsackie virus infection and protects cardiomyocytes.
