我院近两年开展体外震波碎石200例,碎石率达99.5%,疗效满意,报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:男134例,女66例。年龄<30岁23例,～40岁73例,～50岁64例,～60岁22例,>60岁18例,最大年龄73岁。病史<1年71例,～3年73例,～5年29例,～10年15例,>10年12例。二、结石部位及数量:右肾结石29例,左肾结石31例,右输尿管上段结石26例,下段结石12例,左输尿管上段结石35例,下段结石16例,膀胱结石10例,尿道结石1例,胆囊结石23例,胆总管结石2例,多发结石27例。肾结石碎石前X光片统计:直径0.3～1.0cm结石91块,1.1～1.5cm73块。最大结石7.5×4.5cm。3块结石者8例,4
